Envios e entregas
Enviamos para Portugal continental, Açores e Madeira, e para a maior parte da Europa. Os preços dependem do peso da encomenda e são calculados automaticamente no checkout, antes de pagar.
Quando expedimos
Expedimos no próprio dia ou no dia útil seguinte. A loja está encerrada à segunda-feira e não há expedição ao fim de semana: as encomendas feitas depois das 14h00 de sexta-feira seguem na terça-feira.

Reino Unido, Suíça, Noruega e Islândia
Estes países não pertencem à União Europeia. O preço do envio não inclui direitos aduaneiros nem o IVA de importação, que são cobrados pelas autoridades do país de destino no momento da entrega e são da responsabilidade do cliente. Se recusar a encomenda por causa desses encargos, os custos de devolução são deduzidos do reembolso.

Levantamento na loja
Pode levantar a sua encomenda na loja, sem custos de envio: Rua do Mergulhão 76, 2750-698 Cascais. Escolha "levantamento na loja" no checkout. A encomenda fica pronta em 24 horas e avisamos por email quando puder vir buscá-la.
Se um artigo não estiver disponível
Se depois da compra verificarmos que um artigo não pode ser fornecido, informamos sem demora e reembolsamos integralmente esse artigo, através do mesmo meio de pagamento. Nunca ficará à espera sem notícias.
Encomendas danificadas no transporte
Se a encomenda chegar visivelmente danificada, registe-o no momento da entrega, se possível, e contacte-nos nas 48 horas seguintes com fotografias. Tratamos do assunto com a transportadora e substituímos ou reembolsamos o artigo sem custos para si.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira, and to most of Europe. Prices depend on the weight of the order and are calculated automatically at checkout, before you pay.
When we dispatch
We dispatch the same day or the next working day. The shop is closed on Mondays and there is no weekend dispatch: orders placed after 2pm on Friday go out on Tuesday.

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland
These countries are outside the European Union. The shipping price does not include customs duties or import VAT, which are charged by the destination country on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse the parcel because of those charges, the cost of returning it is deducted from your refund.

Boards, masts and sails need special transport and do not always fit the tables above. Before buying, message us on WhatsApp or call +351 214 868 332 and we will confirm the real cost and time for your destination.
Collection in store
You can collect your order at the shop with no shipping cost: Rua do Mergulhao 76, 2750-698 Cascais. Choose store pickup at checkout. Your order is ready within 24 hours and we email you when you can come and get it.
If an item is not available
If after your purchase we find that an item cannot be supplied, we tell you without delay and refund that item in full, using the same payment method. You will never be left waiting without news.
Parcels damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it on delivery if you can, and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We deal with the carrier and replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
